        In the early 1890s, W.A. Wood was station agent at the Esquimalt and Nanaimo Railway Station in Nanaimo and lived on Prideaux Street [?]. He married Sarah Wilcox in 1894.
         Material was donated to the Nanaimo District Museum in an undocumented transaction and transferred to the Nanaimo Community Archives in 1993.
        Fonds consists of correspondence and reports sent and received by W.A. Wood to Henry MacLeod and J.M. Trutch while directing work on the British Columbia section of the Canadian Pacific Railway Company line.
