        Parker was a City Alderman from 1959 -1967. In the course of his civic duties, he received copies of municipal reports.
        Material was donated to the Nanaimo Museum in an undocumented transaction and transferred to the Nanaimo Community Archives in 1993.
        Collection consists of a copy of a speech given to the Victoria Rotary Club about chronic treatment and convalescent care; social allowance monthly statistics for Nanaimo, 1960-1967; and a report on Nanaimo Downtown Re-development, n.d.
